My husband drives over an hour each way to work everyday. He talks on the phone most of that time and I and everyone else I know, hates the feedback that comes through the radio. I got him this wireless ear phone set to help reduce it. IT WORKED!!! They are blue tooth compatible and very easy to set up. He charges them in the car while he is in work, so he never has to worry if he forgot to charge them. He says they are very comfortable to wear. He can hear the other people talk very clearly. I am very happy to be able to talk to him echo free.
